30-day returns
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. Because the mitt and soap are personal care items, we can't accept returns of used or opened ones.
How to start a return
- Send us a message through the Contact page with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
