Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. Because our mitts, soaps and towels are personal care items, we can't accept returns of items that have been used, unwrapped or opened.

How to start a return

1. Send us a message through the Contact page with your order number.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few business days to show the refund.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
